    softrider 2.0 for sale

I don't want to hijack Paul's I don't want to hijack Paul's thread but yes, it works very well to learn on a Sofrider and then transition to a Silvio. That's exactly what I did, and there was basically no learning curve going to the Silvio. The Sofrider is a great first Cruzbike.

    New Silvio build.

Hi David, the Silvio and Hi David, the Silvio and Vendetta frames come with custom Cruzbike drop bars. They are not Origin 8 bars. I ride with them on my Silvio and like them.

    Vendetta V20

Hm, I like the new product Hm, I like the new product photos! Much cleaner than the old ones, with good angles on the bikes. I just wish they were bigger and higher res. Yes, platform pedals look silly on a Silvio or Vendetta, but including them makes it a complete bike.

    Vendetta V20

I would totally buy a V20 if I would totally buy a V20 if I were on the market for a new bike...say if my Silvio 2.0 blew up...or if I had a garage... I do like red, and compared to my Silvio the V20 is lighter, more aerodynamic, and has a fatter boom. It just looks less special than the old...

    Vendetta V20

My bet is that a My bet is that a featherweight, all carbon fiber, all yellow Vendetta V10 model is around the corner (because why label the bike with the seat angle if you don't offer multiple seat angles). One can dream.

    Vendetta V20

The Vendetta V20 just popped up on the site. No details posted yet, but the photo is a bit disappointing. It appears to share the Silvio S30 boom/slider. No more chrome finish anywhere, no more fat body-color boom with the Cruzbike logo on it. In fact I can't see a Cruzbike logo anywhere on the...

    Boom creeping forward

Hey Larry, I have to agree Hey Larry, I have to agree with Andrew. If lengthening the boom slot resolves the issue, and there are no gross esthetic issues resulting from what the bike shop did, I would forget about it and enjoy the bike.

    Century

Forgive me for tooting my own horn, but I wasn't sure I'd ever reach this milestone. My Silvio carried me through a 102 mile ride today, for my first ever century. I merged together two familiar routes to make one megaroute: starting from eastern Massachusetts, northwest over the border into New...

    Converting to 24-speed

For starting on very steep I was speaking from my experience with a double, I always find it easiest to start in the lowest gear (currently 34x32, same as on the Sofrider). I'm sure the rules change with a triple and the very low gearing that allows.

    Converting to 24-speed

If I'm on even a slight I'm sure you've already figured this out but make sure you're in your lowest gear (on both derailleurs) whenever you are launching, especially if you're facing uphill. This means you have to plan your stops a bit and shift down before you stop. Sounds like you already...

    Learning to ride a Softrider

It really is possible to ride these bikes in a straight line and you will improve with time. My experience on my Sofrider was vastly different after the first few weeks...

    So there I was

Well I slipped in some sand Well I slipped in some sand on my Silvio recently -- I realized as I was about to hit it that it was unusually deep, so I started to veer left to avoid it which is probably why I slid out on my left side. I didn't get trapped though, I was unclipped and on my feet...

    Learning to ride a Softrider

What seat position is general As upright as you can get it. Sitting up gives you more control of your balance. Well I've never ridden a unicycle and I don't think I'll ever try! Kudos on that. Recumbents have a couple of difficulties: you are oriented more horizontally so you have less...
