+1 I think number 3 is your best long term bet. Trek second, but be aware you will probably have to do more messing around with it to make it work, bent seat post, etc. Number 1 will be waaaay too tall. Mark

Consider balsa wood and fiberglass. Carve the wood to fit, then glass it for strength. If you have no other possible plans for the frame, glass it right to the tube permanent. Mark
