Sorry Hardy - I did not really try and "sneak" one by you. BROL? Seriously...that is a pretty bad 4-letter word in my book
Just figured no one would care since it was 5am! I'll be sure to let you know when I do another one. (Probably tomorrow morning) I'll see what is on the schedule...
I am just pulling your legs ya'll. You have seen me - do you think I could be 55KG? More like 70kG. That puts me at about 3.7 wt/kg or something like that in my current "out of shape" November stage.
I just rode the Flat Loop TT this morning and managed 274watt average, so just about 4 wt/kg...
OK - I've got my weight down to 55KG now, and my FTP to about 260'sh, so I'll start out with some cat4 races and see where I go from there!:D:D:D:D
See you on "The Island" - Look for "George of the Jungle".
Of course I ride when most of you sleep, so maybe only Ratz will run into me (since...
Scott - You can buy "larger" o-rings on line very inexpensively. I also drilled a small hole in the handle and the Garmin mount and with a small screw attached it like that. Both work well for me
Wow - this looks nice and is only an hour away from me. I am not in great shape to ride a Century, but a metric Century should be easily do-able in under 3 hours.
Hardy, how far are you guys from here? Any other Cruzbikers nearby?
I think I remember that Marko was able to hold 250-260watts for the first 12-hour in 2016, but not through the entire 24-hour period.
Still incredible!
I am trying to talk him into trying out a Cruzbike - it would be interesting to see what he could do with it.
I can go close to 30mph on that...
Bars - what are those? I thought you were supposed to be doing other things with you hands like typing on your keyboard or texting someone. After all, you are on a trainer, so you do not have to balance!
Great write-up Kyle. Wow all those strategies. I am tired just thinking about it.
You may be right about Alvin - haha. But hey - one good strategy would be to ride all your KOMS and never upload until the day before the deadline - then they are never in the cloud for anyone else to see accept...
Awesome video. I will have to share it with Alvin Maxwell.
He is rather new to Cruzbike and lives in Washington NC. I do not know how many KOM's he owns, but he defends them religiously!
He has been known to head out on a segment at midnight just to take it back.
He will even ride it twice: Once...
This is an official release from Lucia at Cruzbike - and she asked me to post it on the forum

The Cruzbike Strava KOM/QOM* Competition
Maria threw down the gauntlet at the 2017 Cruzbike Ride Retreat in White Lake, promising a...
I saw that too when I did it. You have lots of different emails you can register under, so you might be able to do 20-30 times!
Does that mean the "old" way that you described earlier in the post is no longer available?
This should be a very easy adjustment. The FD is no different in adjustment than any other FD on any other recumbent or upright bike for that matter.
I am pretty sure Ratz probably meant pulling on the handlebars and rocking the BB back and forth slightly, that is the way you can use your upper...
OK - Here are my new Lintamen shoes.
They have a sliding plate that allows you to move your cleat down to the mid-sole position.
I am giving them a try today. My good and well known recumbent and ultra legend Kent Polk swears by this mid-sole position. Says you will never get hot-foot "and"...
I am heavier now and weaker too, so I probably would not make a good impression. My Wt/Kg is only 3,5 right now. :(
Jason is "peaking", I am "weaking"! :D
I need to loose 20 lbs and gain 50 watts by Sebring! (seems like a fair trade don't you think?)
I'll still try and get on Zwift...
