Parkers continue touring: Europe on Q45s

There was a cider down near sandringham that was called "hand grenade"... apparently drinking a pint of that stuff ... you will be stooped over on the sidewalk. So trying strong cider... go for half measures :D

    Desiring a straight slider

If any cb'ers who have bought and used a curved slider would they be kind enough to sell me their old straight slider. Oddly enough the shipping cost could be quite high from the USA so only entertaining european owners ... that still includes the UK.

    How good are patches?

A clincher blow out on a vendetta going 35kph takes the tire off the rim and carbon against tarmac is slippery as hell... and then you go skating.... usually for a slide that scrapes your skin off your elbows and knees and buttocks. Its not a pretty sight. Then you have to repair the bike and...

    How good are patches?

I use patches on the mountain bikes but not on any bikes that are pumped up more than 80 psi... just not worth the hassle.

    Strava strava strava

2016 was a very good year for me. Little did i know my sweet spot. The bike configuraton for me just seemed dialled. I had a shimano 165 ultegra crank on with a big q ring daisy cutter 54t. And it chewed. But i thought i would try things after that Seebring event and lost my way a little. I'm...

    It's here and it's: MAGIC!

I am surprised that it was not faster. Looks quite amazing! If it were me i would reduce the front fairing so it wasnt so rhino looking and perhaps widened the faring at the back of the seat to keep the cda lower. Love the 5 spoked wheel on the v20. Like for like... if your v20 had more of a...

    Seat Pads absorb power??

I had a deluxe Ventisit pad but opted to take the liner out and see what that was like. Not bad now that i am lighter but i still think the rubber matt that i had was faster but warmer. I am going to change the tires to 28mm GP 5000 TL ... my best year for speed was 2016 so... time to...

Back to where it all began, challenging the Devil

If you're going to be that fast have someone to meet you at the sag stops as they probably won't be ready and you won't want to hang around.

Crzubike featured in: 5 Expensive Bicycles with Unique Designs

I can only compare cheap knockoff chinese DF frame sets for $500 ... not exactly a Trek madone but it gives a hell of a ride. The Vendetta though gives a Heavenly ride. You get what you pay for. I ride the Vendetta for 100km i get off with a smile and not much pain anywhere. Can't say that for...

    Road bike vs. recumbent comparison

Lets see if i can get onto page 38 of this fine thread... so i took a ride today on the vendetta. Stoked as usual... i'm sure i get twice as much adrenalin on that bike than i do on a DF. Perhaps that's why its so euphoric?

    I dared doing it

Well if you have an electric bike and Maxwell starts to produce a 500 watt cells you will probably either go twice as far or have a lighter bike. My ideal would be a 250 watt motor with a light battery. I like the idea of having a solar cell charger option too. Like the gallium arsenide devices...

Magene Ridge $250 pedal Power meter

Yes I saw this... but I have already put down for IQSQUARE 'ed solution. If you skidout on the vendetta chances are your pedal is going to get dinged. IQSQUARE offering is a titanium plate and pressure sensor between the pedal and crank. They also say their solution is respectfully accurate and...
