    The V Chronicles

Note for everyone that frames ship with the straight slider - that is the way they are shipped from the factory - so the curved one is an additional option that would ship separately. If ordering a complete bike - I will build it with the curved one if that was an added option someone wanted...

    V20 Sizing Question?

The only difference as was indicated is the chainstay length. The sizes overlap, but a medium is the best fit in the bell curve for nearly everyone, unless you have an x-seam that is longer than 45" the bike handles better with the medium stay. If you ride a long stay typically a steerer...

    Mount rear brake upstairs?

The FSA SLK does work in the upper position. Still, any caliper is going to feel smoother when in the lower position due to the way the housing is routed.

    Looking to buy conversion kit

I will agree with Jim, the V2K is a SWEET deal and having ridden them around this is an amazing price for the build and quality. Really - not just saying this because I am building them - but this quality for the price is very hard to come by. Robert

It's me with the unridden Vendetta again.

This comes from the guy who completed a sub 4 hour open road century. All of the advice above is excellent. Stick with it and the results can be huge.

The Road to 500 miles in 24hrs

Considering your limited time acclimating to the bike and getting it 100% dialed in (which takes a good season of riding and tweaking) your result is amazing! Robert

    QX100 arrived

My #1 advice for learning to ride is to take your time and get to feel and master the nuance of the FWD particularly in turns before getting too fast or pulling switchback maneuvers, etc. Find an empty lot and get a feel for the ride. Use platforms for a while and start with the basics...

Need a Skewer to Fit the Drive Wheel to my Trainer

This find is gold for everyone with the older V's for sure, as old OEM ones were specially made and we no longer have many - and ordering more is not super realistic due to cost and MOQ.

    Widest tire for Q559

I have run 2.0 Big Apples with no problems - other than it being AWESOME. :-)

After 4500 miles on my V I've developed "tennis elbow"

Treat the handlebars as if you were gripping ripe bananas, and only go for the hardcore grip when you absolutely need that kind of power. I do a lot of practice on calm stretched not even grabbing the bars - I just barely rest my hands on them. Heal well!

    pannier rack needed for quest

The new rack is very robust. The top portion is also Racktime compatible (as it is made out of a Racktime top and specially made side panels) so those brand of bags simply click on. The HD rack is no longer being made so this is going to be the new rack for the QX100. I think I have 6 or 7 of...

    Haters going to hate

BROL has become a rant fest and often is a battlefield of anti Cruzbike sentiment for people who NEVER have had any real seat time on one. The V20 has been setting records and those records stand on their own. Other manufacturers can put racers on their own bikes to try to topple our records if...

    Cruzbike A67 Wheel - Tubeless

Personal thoughts here... I am not sold on the benefit (if any) of tubeless tires and specifically on a FWD MBB like a Cruzbike. We ask a lot of the front wheel - powering, turning, poweing while turning and leaning, taking a significant load... much more force is acting on the tire for us than...
