Bicycle thieves, how low will they go?

Like I said, they sell the bits and chuck the frame. I bet she had expensive bits on there, not Chinese MTB bits. Nick a trike and you have an extra wheel to sell. Result!

What about the white car in front of you that impeded your progress? I think you were braking hard. I hate it when cars ahead of me are going slowly. They should all get out of the way.

Sometimes my life is like a "Lexus" commercial

If you want to absolutely thrash it and go all out, but are wobbly at speed, then you can go uphill as fast as you can and don't have to use the brakes. If you want to pretend you are Oslund or Perez, but you have legs like pipe-cleaners (for instance: me) you can go downhill as fast as you...

    V20 female riders

I do not like rain or snow, but if neither of those are happening I ride on the road. I have no trainer or rollers. Sometimes in the winter it is dry but icy. That gets a bit scary.

Sometimes my life is like a "Lexus" commercial

It took some guts. But I guess you start to get used to it. May you have strength, stamina, stability and tyre adhesion in Tejas.

What did you do to your Cruzbike today?

I really enjoy my Silvio these days. For a long time it did not seem quite right. In the early days I was wondering why I was bothering. Either I got used to it or my modifications improved it. These days it makes me feel the way I used to on a steel racer-tourer. This is too subtle to...

What did you do to your Cruzbike today?

I've got a melon. That, apparently, is hip language for an an oval ring. Now I have to find the best angle.

    Visibility Flags

State of the art? You need one of the newer type, with a built-in measuring scale.

Do Cruzbike racers deserve a shot at the “overall” podium?

Big podium on which everybody stands to get some sort of medal. That is the podium I can share with Mr Oslund and Mr Perez. I might be able to keep Larry's rear light in sight. Without using binoculars.

    Panniers

I have Radical banana on my Grasshopper. They are huge. They have no side-straps to restrain them, so when they are lightly loaded they lift up like wings. When I go round corners the bag on the inside of the turn hangs vertically down. If I go round too fast it drags on the ground...

FWD MBB with 100 degrees steering angle and negative offset.

A fear hundred kg? How much weight can that chain take? Going down a steep hill, approaching a turn, and it snaps? How quickly can you learn to do no-hands?

Behind the seat, the rack is the frame. Very neat.

    Nohands riding and starting.

I dislocated my jaw. Wear a helmet.
