    Original Cruzbike Plans or Kit

Exactly this. This is why at a certain point when we moved to actual complete bikes, all of the remaining kits that existed at the time were promptly recycled to be sure that they no longer exist. Back then it was not uncommon for someone to have some horrific kit Cruzbike on the wrong frame...

Results of installing a Viscoset headset in an S40

Synergy is a sourcing company for OEM, so that is how our supplier gets them from Cane Creek. So not really helpful for retail. I was just glad that they will be releasing an updated replacement for retail this summer. I am also going to inquire about getting some that we can have as...

Very interesting differences between Vendetta 1.5 and V20

I spent many years on a V1 Vendetta. It is very short with a very steep head tube angle (too steep) and is feels like living on the precipice over 20MPH. The frame was not as stiff as the hydro formed version as well. The V1 had the seat fully welded to the frame so is internal to the strength...

V20c RideRever Mechanical Brake Pads Replacement Question

Compatible pads listed below. It would be nice if a shop has the Rever stock pads, but not likely. The main thing is that unless they are 100% the stock OEM pads (shops usually do not have them) then you can use other compatible pads but not the "heat sink" insert (which is of questionable value...

Here is some info for you all on these: Compatible pads listed below. It would be nice if a shop has the Rever stock pads, but not likely. The main thing is that unless they are 100% the stock OEM pads (shops usually do not have them) then you can use other compatible pads but not the "heat...

Results of installing a Viscoset headset in an S40

Hey all, Here is the info I got from the folks at Cane Creek: "The EC34 Viscoset is still manufactured. However, for a while we were not selling them in the aftermarket when we launched the Hellbender 70 version of the product and only offered the ZS44 and ZS56 versions - It was then true that...

Results of installing a Viscoset headset in an S40

Hey all, Note as well that from Cane Creek they have a special SKU for us that you can order a Viscoset cartridge (just the internals) for people who already have a viscose and just want more dampening - already greased and set to the max resistance. It is a simple installation. Key is to...

    RAGBRAI 2024???

I imagine if you were ever going to do a long group ride this would be the one. I can say from doing years of event rides - the energy and crowd will do much to encourage you to put in the miles - way more than solo riding. This is going to be an EPIC ride.

    s40 gen 6

More details coming but no "major" changes here as far as frame/geometry are concerned. SRAM components and TRP brakes are ones that I had on order since mid-covid and they finally arrived and have been waiting for this batch. That alone makes this a much sweeter ride. The colors are SWEET and...
