    My V20 in the wild

The position of your arms is as important as your leg extension on a Cruzbike - depending on the terrain and wether or not you want to extract the maximum performance for that terrain. For example, if you have a lot of hills or terrain that requires more upper body, you have to seek out the...

    Diatech Headset Adjustment

David, I believe you are referring to the headset on the QX100, which is different than the Diatech on the Q559. Robert

Nice. Other than I don't recommend riding over the car stops. AWESOME!

    Disk Brake on Silvio?

Use 140 front and rear. You have to use 140's in the back as there is barely enough clearance for that size rotor and a 160 will not fit. On the front 140 is plenty of stopping power for the V20 and anything more is in my opinion complete overkill. Robert

    Disc Brakes on Vendetta V20

The TRP Spyre will not work on the rear of the V20. The placement and width of the unit will contact your spokes. It MAY work with your wheels IF they have a smaller flange on the hub. It depends on that and the cross pattern of the spokes for clearance. Just a heads up. Robert

    QX100 Steering Mod

You have pretty much come very close to recreating a V1 Silvio there in my opinion.

How small a granny gear can you get on the Vendetta

You can get as low a gear as you can maintain speed on before falling over, but in my experience any gearing - no matter the chainring/cassette combo - under 1:1 is too low and at that point the bike becomes hard to handle and you simply have to get stronger. Or walk.

    Smoooooooth.

    Mark's V20

Awesome. It is always a bit shocking to me to watch people just barely get it and then immediately start trying to get into the high 20 - 30 mph range before really learning how the bike handles.

    Mark's V20

Awesome! Ease into it. In my experience the hardest time for new people (and it was for me) is that in-between time when you think you have mastered it. Don't get in over your head. When at speed and coasting, understand what gear you need to be in and ease into the power to start pedaling...

    Disk Brake on Silvio?

The Spyers will be a tight fit depending on the hub of your wheel. If the hub flange is a tall one the caliper will have a hard time clearing the spokes in the rear. The hybrid TRP brakes are a good fit and work well once they are set correctly and broken in. I would go for 140mm front and...

    Introducing the Q Commuter/Touring Rack

Dr. Paul - Send me an email to support@cruzbike.com and I can look at a better shipping option. That sounds like a miscalculation by the web store to me. Robert

    Headache from riding V

The wings are also not designed to hold weight in and by themselves, so hopefully anyone doing this has the majority part of the seat still resting along the frame - as that is part of the design purpose of the rigid seat.

    Deep Rims

Bob, I agree with a lot of your post, but in our experience we see a lot of people (roadies and recumbents together so no one group in particular) doing improper installation of these systems on very budget rims that sometimes are not even true to begin with, resulting in failure. The more...
