Well . . . it had to happen sometime

Wishing you a quick recovery. I have crashed twice on my recumbent and each time my butt came out the worst and the soreness persisted for a week. I concluded that it's becuase it is the closest point to the ground. Nowadays I double layer my recumbent cycling shorts. If could make a...

    Handheld Gimbal On a Recumbent

I modified my cheap shoulder strap for Gopro-Like Action Cameras to hold a Hohem iSteady Pro2, 3-Axis Gimbal. It has two tri-pod bolt holes which are useful to make this "hack" possible. This offcourse is not needed if you can afford a 360 camera :) No further stabilization in post production...

He got the balance within 30 minutes. However , it's becuase I insisted on following a method. It looks like if I had just let him, he would have been off and ridng in 15 minutes! Anyway, once he was pedalling freely he said ".. Dad, it's just like the other (normal) bicycle .." :D Back in...

Did Someone say learning a Cruzbike/MBB is hard? Try a USS

Came across this video of someone trying to ride a USS(Understeat steered) RWD recumbent for the first time. Looks harder than learning an MBB to me :D I guess it all boils down to individual determination.

    Help me choose

If you have a problem with your back with a rigid more upright position then try the Cruzbike Q45. The seat angle is adjustable and it has rear suspension. It looks like really good value for money becuase it is a complete bike.
