Chain Catcher for V20c or V20

It sounds like the front DR has a low limit screw that is pushing the chain over too far causing it to over-shift the small ring. This chain guard from K-Edge might work well - it would mimic the type of guard that is built into the SRAM FD's...

What Is The Reason for the Aluminum Element in V20 Frame?

I think that the CF front is notably calmer on rough surfaces like bad chip seal, for example.

What Is The Reason for the Aluminum Element in V20 Frame?

The front CF parts of the V20C are very very tough structurally - trust me. I tried very hard to shatter a boom and slider back when we were doing the samples by hitting them against metal surfaces like they were baseball bats. No shatters. They are also lighter than the aluminum fronts and...

    Specs

Hub widths are standard 100mm (front hub width) for our rear wheel, 142mm rear hub width for the drive wheel. Through axles are 12mm - our axle for the front fork is longer than a standard through axle though because of the need to pass through the stays - but in any conversion you would be...

    2024 Q45 creak

Check for the washers on the pivot clamp bolt, and make sure that sleeve is greased. This is in my experience the most common area for creaking where the washers are not correct:

    Different wheels

That should not be a problem at all. In fact that used to be the size before. Robert

The end is a T40? Hmm I haven't seen that. I heave only ever seen the regular 6mm Allen version.

    Baron seat on my V20

If you get hold of Bart at Ventist I imagine he can make one the exact size you need if he doesn't have some around that would work. He is awesome.

    Baron seat on my V20

Very nice. Fun fact - the curvature of our adjustable CF seat was modeled after that seat (with some tweaks)

    Q45 Build photos

Hmmm... I am a bit shocked (lol) that you would have so much sag with that psi - that said the replacements will be internal dampened (like the original versions we used to put on the Q's but a better quality version) and 1000lb - not a 1200lb like the stock external coil shock. The much older Q...

    Handlebar Options v20c

Indeed - the stock S40 and V20C bar is a wider version (2cm wider) of the Salsa Woodchipper 2. Any road bar with a 31.8 clamp area will work. There are a million bars through so it is impossible for us to even rationalize stocking any. The stock bar is very wide - probably too wide - for most...

Does anyone else have a design Wishlist for the next model of Q series?

Noted. I am sure that I will include this in discussions about what is to come. Its always a balance - sometimes (not for the Q series - yet) we have done mixes of frames/completes only to be left with tons of frames at the end that have a hard time selling... some years its the opposite and the...

    CRASH on my new V20c

YIKES! Avoiding dogs is a part of my ride routine but not the snarling type - usually just random ones on super long leashes that seek to jet across the road and clothesline me between them and their owner holding the leash. :(
