How to Ship My S40

Going on the C and O. Coming from KC. How do I ship my s40? I bought it used so I don’t have a bike box. Is there something made for my bike? Do I have to rely on my McGyver skills? All help appreciated

Local bike shops usually can give you a cardboard box for free. If your trip is one-way you may call a bike shop near the end to pick up another box to ship back.
Alternatively it’s possible to have your bike as luggage (on certain airlines). Search the forum and blog for ideas.
