Zwift - Cruzbike Activities (races and group rides)

So, in setting up my Silvio onto my Kickr (and also when originally assembling the bike on delivery), I had quite the time getting the chain stay, fork, and derailleur hanger to line up and get assembled. Any hints on pulling the front wheel and/or removing from the Kickr and switching back to the other will be welcomed. Nice day to ride here in NC but reluctant to face what I did previously in moving off the Kickr. Thanks folks.
Quickest fix is to just ty-wrap the fork and chainstay together.
Some have been know to epoxy them - but the tied wraps work pretty well, are cheap and easy to take off if needed.

1) Used Waxed the chain so it's easy to remove without a mess
2) Crack chain remove
3) bike off trainer and insert wheel
4) Reinstall chain

IF the bike front end is square and true the front end will stay together. Only the force of the derailleur spring can mess you up; with the chain removed 95% of the bad things that can happen is removed.

Watching ratz on Strava, I just had to try Zwift. I think I'm on day 6 now, working on the 14-continuous-days-for-Unemployed-achievement.

I'd love to join you guys for recumbent races/rides. I followed trplay (?) on Strava earlier today, but figured this would be the better place to come to find out about them. I'm Br!an V on Strava and think B.r!anV in game.

On Strava join the Team Cruzbike strava club that way it'll serve as a single place for us to locate one another. Once you follow someone on strava you'll want to load the zwift mobile app on your phone and then use it to friend zwift riders via the strava search option in the zwift mobile app. If you know the persons exact strava name it helps. The reason it's important to friend zwift riders you plan to ride with is it'll add a little friend icon next to there name in game that'll make it much easy to locate each other while we ride and it also lists all your active friends in orange at the top of the rider list when you start a session.

More riders if we appeal to all the bent riders.

Somebody can make a logo; I'm a bit swamped to do that for a week or two

I'll make Jason and Hardy admins great place to schedule races and group rides, right in the strava club and that announces it to members.

I use a window 7 desktop and display zwift onto my 55" TV. Everything is ANT+ connected and just works with no issues and always has. Seems like 90% of connection issues with zwift stuff is related to the people using IOS.

In thought; expanding the paradigm of traversity
If I didn't have such good weather, I would love to be on Zwift.

Still... if Sebring sets me off on to another weird goal oriented ideal... I might just be tempted.

Curved screens are in vogue. What about Microsoft hololens ... could that be used?

(I dislike TVs so probably be more tempted to stick a bag over my head)

ok... DCRAINMAKER gets all the great gear...

Was he jogging or running? I could totally put the hurt on some riders while on foot if it's a steep climb.

I didn't have any luck searching for people via the Mobile Link app and Strava, but it looks like I found Jason and ratz's Zwift accounts.

Wife & kids would object to me parking my bike in front our our big TV for the winter, and I'm fine staying out in the garage. A low-end PC I had out there that was good enough to view PDF service manuals for cars, and play music/podcasts wasn't nearly powerful enough to run Zwift with nice quality or framerate. I've ended up using a $50 Steam Link box (designed to let you stream/reflect a PC display onto a TV) to stream Zwift from my upstairs office out to the garage TV via gigabit Ethernet. My Powertap hub, heart rate strap, and SNAP trainer communicate with the PC via an ANT+ stick I laid on the floor above the garage.

The Steam Link has wireless built in, though for video games where you want instant response I found it to be too laggy. For Zwift it'd probably work well, since ANT+ is usually only updating ~1/s.
