I will get you some details soon. I might also want to sell mine. I built an adapter for my V20. But if I kept the fairing, I would use it on my fat trike. More to follow.

I attached a bubble fairing on my V20 as shown in the photo, but I didn’t like it a lot. It blocked the wind, but didn’t make me any faster. It was not good in the dark due to glare. But it was okay in daylight. I stopped using it.
This year, I switched to Shimano Dura-Ace BR-9100 brake calipers on my V20 and love them. I had ancient Dura-Ace brakes for many years until they needed replacement. I tried SRAM and was disappointed. Then I went back to Dura-Ace, but the newest version. When I adjust them, they stay adjusted...
There is a bit of confusion here. There is no bag of urine. That would be gross. The urine gets redirected to the side of the road by way of the extension tube. Then the tube gets tucked back under the jersey. No big deal.
It’s not really an extreme measure any more than wearing a helmet on your head is extreme or riding 100 miles is extreme or using mirrors and lights is extreme or wearing spandex is extreme. It’s all perspective. The benefits of not having to stop and not trying to find a place to safely pee...
Distance guys wear condom catheters. If you’re in a distance race, you can’t just stop to pee whenever you need to without falling behind, but you still need to drink enough water to keep peeing. You don’t “have” to wear one, but it is definitely worth it. It’s like wearing spandex or shaving...
I’ve been riding a vendetta V20 for 8 years now, and I’m in my sixties. It took me 8 weeks and three crashes to rewire my brain enough to ride reasonably well. I built it up from a V20 frame kit, but used a Volae seat instead of the stock seat. I isolated the carbon fiber seat pan from the frame...
I normally just clamp my V20 in an old fluid trainer. That works for most maintenance and repairs. I can also sit on the bike and pedal when needed for testing. If the fluid trainer is not sufficient for the task, I clamp the boom in my freestanding bike stand.
I ride 5 to 6 hours per ride and carry one or two bottles. (Hydration is highly overrated.) I have two cages behind my shoulders. To keep from launching the bottles on bumps, I attached some Velcro tape to each cage. This tightens the cage as much as needed to prevent launching.
Hey, that’s me (in yellow) in the brutal 144-mile 2022 ODRAM at 75 miles. It was 50 degrees and rain for the first 100 miles. Most people were dressed for summer. The last 30 miles were in perfect weather, but I had a flat tire 5 miles from the finish line. I fixed it and finished. Many had...
For what it’s worth, I have two KMC chains on my Vendetta that I swap out every 600 miles at most. Each gets thousands of miles per year. I’ve been using the same two chains for almost eight years now. I can’t measure any chain stretch. I never clean them. I just cook them in inexpensive...
