All the factors come to play - don’t forget power decreasing if you get too close to zero. Handling and visibility and ability to see also.
But certainly the easiest to tweak ( as in without building or buying a new bike) is frontal area and closely related baggy clothing.
From a different thread that I was derailing... (sorry @nplusone)

Nice Stac Zero trainer. How did it work with the V20?
nplusone:
Regarding the STAC zero, I bought it when they were almost 50% off as the company was bought by 4iiii and at that price...
I have (a couple) STAC zero trainers one from the very beginning of the company and one from kijiji local classifieds for cheap. A little finicky to setup (new ones from 4iiii appear to be easy setup) but extremely reliable at providing power data - I have never had any power drops - something...
It kind of looks ( maybe camera angle optical illusion) as though the derailleur would ideally be rotated (around the derailleur) (Image 1: A or B rotate counter clockwise) so that the outside face (large chainring side) of the derailleur is parallel to the teeth of the chainring (Image 1: 1...
@ccf I am highly curious. If variables such as riders, ride characteristics, were same/similar did your teammates know you were doing this? Did they notice? Do any of your teammates who are analytical types have any observations or feedback? My instinct agrees with @ccooper but Zwift can...
Agreed with both.
You probably already tested this out but if not, test out how slowly you can ride with your current setup in 1st gear transitioning from unloaded to loaded, flat to uphill, smooth to bumpy/loose, and dry to wet - any conditions you expect to encounter. The more you ride...
@ron earnest you’ve got a second chance if you are still interested.
@Soarfinger Ron inquired shortly after you purchased. Not sure if he still wants to be first in line.
If you are not the team member who is drifting and then surging - would that disrupt the overall smoothness and consistent speed of the team?
Not to be self critical but I have a hard time finding and maintaining just that minimum amount of power to stay in the draft and so find myself either...
That was so much fun.
Make no mistake, every single one on our team wrung themselves out to make that time. And fantastic leadership from Lloyd. My numbers look higher because I am the lightest ⚖️ - (definitely not the strongest. )
CHAIN LONGEVITY
I am convinced that the absolute most important single factor in chain longevity is this:
CLEAN.
Chain wear has one cause - FRICTION. That’s right, the same enemy that we try to steal watts from every day.

To someone new to bike maintenance one could easily mistake original WD-40 and these fairly new bike products sold by and with the same brand name. They are not the same.
Anyone who has the chutzpah to create such a bike, ride such a bike, and live on a house boat in London ... has my respect even if I don't choose to follow in their flipper steps.
