I’m wishing but not confident that it will come to pass.

MI Cruzbike retreat 2020 - August 6-9, 2020 Benton Harbor Michigan

It is getting harder and harder to goad people into response on this thread. It’s as if all those with a wonky / fun / punny / sense of humour are already planning to come and are content to sit back (recumb)?and lurk and content to or are afraid that they will be coerced into coming to...

MI Cruzbike retreat 2020 - August 6-9, 2020 Benton Harbor Michigan

either way I’ll wear it .. and it will confuse my locals. T-shirt can be used as a rag at end of life by those who don’t chain wax and so need such rags in abundance. :D

    Cruzbike freebies

That title caught your attention - read on - beware warped sense of humour ahead: I can't find it but if there is a thread like this "What did you do to your Cruzbike today?" or "Things you didn't know come with your Cruzbike" or "Cruzbike things that make you go hmmm.?." If there is a thread...

    Building a Cruz Clone

I think that if the seat can move in relation to the pedals (like you suggest) the it would impact the power transfer. I definitely push against the seat. Your Silvio suspension has it rigid from seat to pedals with the wheels only suspended but the REV would have a sprung seat. I’m not sure if...

    Tires for S40

Now that could be pretty awesome! To me, the prerequisites are knowing that: -Recumbent is ALWAYS more comfortable no matter what style or purpose all other things being equal. -Diamond frame is always more agile considering same style and purpose all other things being equal. -Therefore loose...

I like the rose. Nice touch. Did you build it? The bike not the rose.

    Building a Cruz Clone

Curses! Now I’ve gone and started an online political gun-slinging arms wrestling match when trying to be funny AND I’ve derailleured the thread. Sorry @JW1951. Let's return to our original genetic engineering: "building a cruz clone".

Spring Time - Learning To Ride Time

Remember to start slow with the easiest drills. Figure eights might not be considered easy depending. But that is of course your call based on how things progress. There can be some reprogramming of the cranial computer required... hopefully yours is more flexible than mine the first couple...

    Cruzbike Time Trial Challenge 2020

I bet if I rode a fraction as many km or a fraction as consistently as any of you I would go a lot faster.

    Cruzbike Time Trial Challenge 2020

caveat: second run is easiest to make the greatest gains... I also had a carrot: I told my friend who is stronger than I am to ride far enough ahead that I couldn't draft... it felt as though he was always cresting the next small rise. If I even got close he would then put the power down...

    Tires for S40

@dule0911, Maybe you could find someone who wants to swap: your brand new S40 with better fork attributes (if applicable) - and wants standard size tires or smaller wheels anyway with their used S40 with the older fork with more clearance for your preference touring tires. (though your location...

How can you tell the difference between a Silvio earlier version and the S30?

@Bentsoup The info you are looking for can be found at: https://forum.cruzbike.com/threads/what-would-you-do.12850/page-2#post-153442 My lengthy overview is a few posts above (or in the yellow response box) and @Robert Holler's definitive response/correction is in the post that I linked.

    Tires for S40

Wow. At that range it seems as though tire inflation pressure would impact the tire dimensions! Would you be hitting one of those big potholes and having the flex of the wheel/tire be significant enough to rub/catch/grab?
