Rode Pettit. felt sleepy easy after several days of hard work. Perhaps added by the first night of more than 3 hours of sleep I got in awhile; all hail the Christmas work lull... Tested out the new Kickr Firmware and Checked in on how power match is working; Still left leg only with P1 Pedals so...

The only one that we were able to "Share" any subscription was CycleOps on Apples iOS with that, 1 subscription to the application would let multiple people ride as long as you had multiple iPads to keep the app loaded. Thus allowing individual settings. The "web" logins are free with that one...

Nope; and it doesn't even sync between devices if you create the work on a computer; it won't appear on a tablet you own; if your device crashes all your customer workouts are lost.

You can pull me with a rope for the first 73 miles and then I'll just do a lead out TT for an hour. Right about now just sitting on the couch and getting out of shape sounds appealing..... Finished Geiger tonight finally settling in to the workload after my home remodeling break. Just kept on...

CC for the win; rarely do I encounter anyone that knows the origins of that nerd word. Still a personal favorite. As long time unix admin it goes well with sed awk ls lint grep cat; because if you don't grok when to grep what you sed in your pipe then you are not a useful unix admin..... Wait...

    questions about power meters?

Ah well then a trial of some inexpensive Keo pedals may be in-order. They can get had for pretty low cost and would tell you if PowerTap P1 left only would work for you. Left only is great because you can hen upgrade to Left/Right later to spread costs out. Look KEO Classic 2's are about $40us...

    Sebring 2017 newbie

Yeah the training together is the problem, and it make it really impractical to truly get your wish the sexy way. To draft well you have to be wheel on wheel and you have to trust the person in front of you to be predictable. That takes weeks of practice together. This is why when you try to...

Chugging away; road Piute todays another progression stair step did good but forgot to turn on the fan and had to stop; then the daughter locked our itunes account so I had no music and had to try and type the darn itunes password while pedaling at 150bpm which was impossible; and then the ipad...

One would have sore legs and not make very many gains. But you'd be really good at riding fast for either 8 or 20 minutes depending on which test you did; you'd probably also gain weight from the glucose cravings. This would be the same as going to the tack and practicing the 100 yard dash...

Yeah that makes sense. It depends on how much fitness you carried from the summer season; you were knocking out good mileage and probably had the aerobic base. The major obstacle is the time to Sebring. You can go for one of two goals. Goal (1) if Fitness isn't good enough to ride the hours...

    questions about power meters?

Snilard's got Knees that are road pedal incompatible.... It does look like WatTeam is closing in on a re-release and that's probably going to be the solution in this case. There's something else coming but it's a ways out and I'm not allow to talk about it yet. So if it's a solution for this...

Yeah I'm not too keen on the "everyone has a smart phone" approach to current hardware vendors, Wahoo, Tacx, Cycleops, Cinq etc etc all guilty. The way of the world now. So define demystify? The best place to start really is Dcrainmaker he covered the 27 different packages activity being...

Following up on this a little more after chatting with Larry offline, my clarifying answers about this this might be instructional to others. If a workout is too hard or two easy at some phase in a plan. 1) You’d be better with the +1 +2 version of a workout as those increase the “difficulty”...

If we can trim the GPS data to match we can make a video ride too. I'll get with you off line and we can use my account and the editing software to wipe something together. For those sort of following along Bkool looks like it could be more fun for scheduling Cruzbike community rides. You...
