Any possibility for a Q45 frame set? I've got lots in the parts bin and like this thread would love to build with small wheels for small riders (my kids) exposure and for portability when I travel each year. So I'll add my request for a Q45 frame set, if possible.

So absolute minimum needed would be smaller wheels. Disc brakes would not require any change, higher gearing would be necessary to maintain same top speed. Anything else?

Recumbent manufacturers typically sell WAY fewer frames per year. If the volume of each model were the same as for an upright you would likely see more options, models, and sizes, probably in that order because of return on investment - it takes a lot to develop and test new models and sizes...
