Spring Time - Learning To Ride Time

Excellent it will be good to get a report on how they work I don't think we have anyone riding them. If that doesn't work out Speedplay Zeroes have inner and outer float stop and are good to prevent heel/crank interference.

for you mileage you sound like you are right on track; mostly because yo attached the open road. Nothing wrong with that; but should like the normal progression. Mrs Ratz couldn't pull the bottle until her 2nd year. Now she's blasting down the road drinking one handed. 1 day it just click for...

Have you cut down your fork yet so only the 1 thing spacer is used? I find for a guys build that's the best first step; then if you need more the curved slider. Example my bike cut fork; straight boom. Wife's cut fork curved boom. I tried curved boom uncut fork and it wasn't as good as...

Spring Time - Learning To Ride Time

For some reason I was thinking they have return to center springs. If they do that's really bad for the knees and the primary reason I avoided SPD for years.

Farther, Faster, Fitter, Fun - (4F - The unofficial Cruzbike training team and support group)

Yep that's basically it; if you want to get started now and have the gear; we get you a discount code and get you signed up Trainer Road; then you take about two weeks to get the FTP test done and lay down some aerobic data so we can see how much that hurts you or not; and then start tweaking...

    Silvio 1.0 v. S30

S30 versus S 1.0 that's basically leather heated seats versus cloth. Maria set some dam impressive records on the S 1.0. Also if you have an S30 you'll probably still want the Sofrider. If you buy the S1.0 I suspect you'll sell the sofrider.

I'm excited that you are sticking with this Steve. But it's also clear we need to find a good video for how the gearing works. Some of use have been doing this for so long we take that for granted. I guess that means we have arrived as a bike of choice for entry level people upping there game...

If cost control is a major issue; it's good enough for the things where averages are used. Example train with virtual power indoors; TR can calculate from the Trainer's documented power curve and your wheel speed. Then when riding outdoors on a planed pacing strategy. The powercal can give...
