I have a Fitbit, and like rojo, I use it to keep track of my resting heart rate. When riding I use a Rythm arm-band heart rate monitor, and wrap it high on my forearm. I found that the chest-mounted Wahoo heart rate monitor would slide down my torso.

Googling "trail braking" yields a lot of info about motorcycles and cars, but not much about bicycles. Anyone have a good link to read? @RojoRacing do you use both brakes when trail braking on your V20?

I like how you passed that cyclist headed your direction like he was standing still. Why did you edit out the vehicle pass? I feel it’s like Mom and Dad making the kids cover their eyes during the sex scenes. ;-)

I took this same corner again yesterday on a club ride. I entered it a little slower this time (20 mph) and stayed back on the seat. And voila, no problems!
