I installed a Thor medium seat on my Vendetta last April. I followed the advice of Rick Youngblood using a rubber block between the seat and the wings for the front attachment and a rubber block between the upper part of the frame and the upper part of the seat. Here is page 6 of a long thread...

My FLO 60 and 45 are carbon.

Yesterday evening I installed a new 36-QXL inner ring to replace the 34-Q. Both inner and outer rings are at OCP- 4. A short ride around the neighborhood confirmed that shifting across both the chain rings and the cassette is working correctly. More evaluation tomorrow.
