Up through age 70 I only got faster and went farther. At 71, that trend stopped pretty dramatically. Now at 72 I can barely get up the shallowest hill, and speed is a distant memory.
I suspect most of us have a wall and I clearly just hit mine.

Here's one way to look at it. Forget speed. Forget cadence. Once you know what heart rate you want to be working at, that monitor is the only gauge you need, especially if you are near your maximum. Climb that hill without worrying about your chest exploding!

They didn't run me off. I just learned to use the "ignore" setting in their profiles. That was a pretty rough time though.
Actually I should thank those guys. They were so obviously full of crap that I decided to see for myself and bought my first Cruzbike.

Expect a huge issue with going back and forth at first. Some suggest not even trying until you get comfortable on the Cruz (and have stopped pulling on the bars All The Time), and even then the first ride back on your RWD will likely be appalling. Once that horror show has abated, you shouldn't...
If I were designing a forum I would let you upload pics directly to a message and then they would automatically go to your media gallery. Right now it's the other way around, and nothing is automatic.
