    New and Improved Headrest Clamp

The non-obvious part to me, at first, was that the clamp bolt first goes through a hole in the frame tube, then into the clamp. Tightening the bolt pulls the clamp up toward the top of the frame tube. Seems obvious now. My frame (first run Silvio 2.0) is so old that it only has one suitable...

    Vendetta headrest

I stripped out the plastic holes in my Suspension Adjustable Headrest right away, despite the instruction not to tighten too much. So like others, I went to the hardware store and picked up some nuts, washers, and bolts. It was a pain to work in and around the foam, and I thoroughly marked up...

New To Cruzbike and your T50?

If you're asking about a Ventisit cushion: the whole thing is different from stock. Ventisit is one material, like a net folded over on itself many times; there is no cover or layers of different foam. If you're asking about cushions between bikes: I remember my stock Sofrider cushion looking a...

    Vendetta headrest

Yes, but I can see the Performance Adjustable Headest on Larry and Maria's bikes.

    Vendetta headrest

In another thread, @ratz said: if you need the adjustability jump on it, you won't be disappointed. Larry gave it his aero seal of approval this week. He and Maria will race on that headrest in RAAM.

    Vendetta headrest

@Kenneth Jessett have you looked at the "Performance Adjustable Headrest"? http://cruzbike.com/performance-adjustable-headrest It looks like it will adjust any way you want, and if they used it for RAAM I'd imagine it's pretty sturdy.

Hm, did you post a link here? (Not seeing one.)

    New and Improved Headrest Clamp

@RojoRacing it looks like all your photos here are being held hostage by PhotoBucket. I just received my Perez Clamps in the mail (hoping they'll solve my persistent creaky headrest problem). I may be able to fiddle around and figure it out, but just looking at them I have no clear idea how to...

T50 - whatcha planning to build.....

For one thing, make sure the outer tube has a slot cut so it can compress under the clamp. I'd be surprised if it were missing but it's happened before. Otherwise, I'm sure some minimum insertion distance is required.

T50 - whatcha planning to build.....

From someone who is planning to order a T50 frame kit later, thank you guys for taking on the early adopter brunt. I remember assembling my first-run Silvio 2.0: refiling holes in the carbon fiber chainstays, cutting a slot in the boom tube, and generally failing to fit a rear suspension...

Neophyte in need of Vendetta V20 setup help...

This is how I do it, with pliers. Trying to tension for SRAM Yaw shifted to the big ring position can be tough, so I attach the cable in the small ring position.

Neophyte in need of Vendetta V20 setup help...

Yes, you could say "loosening" it or unscrewing the adjuster, which increases the visible gap, tightens the cable. I think you have it right. Sometimes it can be hard to turn, but mine (built into my Silvio frame) does turn by hand. It's very hard to diagnose these issues remotely . If you have...

Neophyte in need of Vendetta V20 setup help...

I have an older Cruzbike model without the roller/pulley (my FD cable wraps around the BB). I've used both Rival 10-speed and Rival 22 (Yaw) front derailleurs, and they both worked well. It's easy to mess up FD setup (I do it over and over again) so I'd keep at it.

    S40 Build Notes

Hm, that doesn't look good. Is there room to move the bottle cages higher up on the seat and out of the way (by drilling more holes)?

    My new recumbent bicycle

I can't believe this is normal (it's not true for my Silvio). Did you hear from Cruzbike support about this?
