Do you have some Velcro in there to hold the seat to the frame? If not, I think that will do it. That's how my Vendetta seat stays on.

The 4 year old front shock on my Silvio 1.5 is still working perfectly. I've never done anything to it other than put air in it and keep the cap on.

Funny - I thought something similar. Why is he trying to thread the chain through as he puts it together? Put the thing together and THEN thread the chain through! Sheesh!

I'm still waiting for my XD15 to arrive, so the chain is off on my Silvio - so after seeing this, I gave my pulleys a spin - my Ultegra pulleys actually spin freely pretty well. I'm keeping them!
