What a Lady----What a night! Team Time Trial

You all beat me to the cool picture upload. This was a lot of fun for sure - way more than I was thinking and the teamwork was really cool. Much different than my usual tooling around Zwift alone haha. I will say that being part of the "fast four" at the end was cool - but thank goodness it was...

How do I tell which model of the Silvio I have?

It is likely that someone upgraded the front end to a non suspended fork and non suspension front chainstay. The round hole was original Silvio - that was only ever produced with a suspension fork. Some folks did upgrade those though over the years. Robert Edit: Looking at the pic you posted...

    T50 vs. Q45 ride quality?

The Q45 rear swingarm is very plush. These are really night and day riding machines if you are talking about a lot of bumps. Robert

Pic is worth a thousand words for sure.

Maybe this is how we can get carbon V20s produced!

That looks like a failure waiting to happen - but Im not a CF engineer....

How can you tell the difference between a Silvio earlier version and the S30?

The dead giveaway is the triangular hole on the rear gusset. If it is triangular its an actual S30, if it is round - it is a technically a Silvio pre-S30 production run.

That front end will be impossible to use with a Schlumph.

Did Someone say learning a Cruzbike/MBB is hard? Try a USS

Also for USS - when you are in a tight turn and have your hands nearly all the way under the seat and wash out... not good. Ask me how I know. Going down right on your hands is a design feature I will never understand. I never understood USS and think it is 1. dangerous and 2. goofy.

    Alternative Bars on Q45

    Q series wheel sizes?

They are 135 hubs. Looking at the pics I imagine you could dish that wheel over a bit and be OK. I wouldn't recommend that though without a truing stand. Robert

    Q series wheel sizes?

Is there clearance on the other side of the stay? The wheel just might be dished a bit off to one side more than the other. Those are some big tires for sure. Wider rims might help the profile of the inflated tire to fit better. Also the springs do nothing on the front of a CB - if you put...

    S40 Seat Adjustment - Steps

Definitely emphasize individual small adjustments once you have a good general fit. Only make one change at a time and wait fro several miles before assessing whether or not it was helpful. For arm reach - a good position will lead to a lot of power on tap if you want it, but an off arm...

    Fenders for 2020 S40?

Sadly, yes the 2020 fork has less room than we all wanted for fenders in the 700c. The crown was changed to better match the head tube all in trying to keep the seat as low as possible for dual 700c - and it ended up a bit too tight with a 30c tire. But definitely if you spring for 650b the...

Don't let a data freak into biking

I think I need another cup of coffee to figure out what my brain just saw up there. :-)

Any Tall Guys out there (like 6-4 plus) riding the Q45??

Cool. I know Jim has made his lengths pretty custom on his race bikes to shave that small bit of weight. In general though I don't recommend any cutting except for short riders - and then only cutting enough to make the inward adjustment. Ideally the more tube overlap the better for overall...

Any Tall Guys out there (like 6-4 plus) riding the Q45??

PSA for everyone utilizing the scales on top of these booms and sliders: Note that the relative position of these numbers is pretty pointless for a "universal" measurement as the etching on the tubes has moved over time and on different models. As we have come to use the same boom and slider...
