I second leaning forward. I think it makes balancing easier. It puts more weight over the front wheel. I think I react quicker when I lean forward to check traffic at a intersection.

Getting my s30 ready for the Hub City ride in Elizabethtown, KY on Sat. It is all clean and tuned up. This will be the first test of the newly installed Salsa Woodchipper bars. I will be riding with an Encore and 2 uprights. It will be fun.

I am waiting on the Woodchipper bar to arrive. In the meantime, I am taking another trip to ride on the little Miami bike trail this Mon-Thu. The bar should be at my doorstep when I get home. I am also changing out a few things on my Sofrider, mainly waterbottle mounting and storage.

I liked the video. A good refresher. I use the side method. Helps me keep the chain etc where I can get it all back together.

Just purchased used Salsa Woodchipper 2 bars from EBay. Yea! Already trimmed one inch. I also used a method similar to Robert O to mount my cage under the seat. Pouring rain here so goofing around with the bikes.
