Easiest (and cheapest) is to buy a used Ultegra 180 crank and tap it locally down to 150. While you want you can always just swap out the BB and crank from your 2.1. It is almost as fast as swapping out pedals.

You need to make sure the rims are truly tubeless ready. If they are then the tubeless tire will mount nicely and be very stable and safe. If they are not tubeless ready you can probably still mount tubeless tires to them but they will not really seat properly. That is a recipe for a disaster...
