    Waiting is hard to do.

The head of the screw ran Bruce, I read this and it's left me confused... Maybe your scissor clamp works differently from mine, but the tip of the bolt in mine doesn't make contact with anything. Screwing it in just spreads the clamp. Also it seems that Silvios now come with two scissor...

    Push or Pull?

I paid attention to this I paid attention to this recently since I never used the "open palms" technique that others have recommended. I seem to mainly pull on the bars, regardless of terrain. Pushing seems to work too, but feels a little unnatural to me at present. I think your assumption...

How Many Bikes Do You Own?

For a while I owned two For a while I owned two bikes, a Cruzbike Sofrider and a Bianchi Volpe. I switched back and forth during my learning period on the Sofrider, which might have slowed me down but did not prevent me from learning to ride MBB. I used the Sofrider for longer rides, and the...

should headrest slide in an out freely on silvio 2.0

Paul, you may also need to Paul, you may also need to check that the scissor clamp is installed on your headrest the right way. Mine was on backwards, which means the bolt cannot be tightened after the headrest is inserted into the frame. If it's backwards then it's very easy to fix, just take...

Silvio 2.0 Journey, Build, and Ride Video

Ivan, I'm considering Ivan, I'm considering mounting a water bottle cage to the seatback as you did, or possibly strapping it onto one of the seat stays (I don't seem to care as much about aero as you plus I don't have any light sabers in the way). Thanks for the pics, I'm more likely to go...

Silvia 2.0 causing neck and shoulder tensionaana

Paul, my guess is that you Paul, my guess is that you aren't relaxing against the headrest because you're still used to your more upright Sofrider position. I made the same transition and it's taking me some time to get used to this, I have to consciously remind myself to lie back on the seat...

    Di2 on Silvio 2

That's quite a mod. I'm very That's quite a mod. I'm very curious to try one of these electronic systems, but I don't think it will happen for a long time. How about a picture of the whole bike? How do you like the 2.0 compared to your 1.5?

    silvio 2.0 build...

Super cool. I wonder if the Super cool. I wonder if the headlight will work out mounted on the handlebars as you have it. You may find that it either hits your legs when you pedal, or that the beam is often obscured by your legs.

    Carrying a lock?

Thanks for the response Thanks for the response Andrew. It looks like my longish U-lock will fit through the frame hole and some object (like a post), although not through the rear wheel (without removing it). Perhaps your strategy of never letting the bike out of your sight is the...

    Carrying a lock?

John has included a hole in the Silvio 2.0 frame, near the rear chainstay, for locking up the bike, which is cool. Now I need to figure out a good way to carry a lock with me -- probably my U-lock. (I like to make stops to buy water or eat.) Curious to know what solutions others have come up...
