    TrainingPeaks Virtual (ex IndieVelo)

Hey all, I moved this thread to "Bike Tech..." for now but will try to create a new sub-group for non-swift tech for things like this and other programs.

Goh! We will get the listing changed ASAP - indeed it can only lower the bars. Robert

    RAGBRAI 2024???

I imagine if you were ever going to do a long group ride this would be the one. I can say from doing years of event rides - the energy and crowd will do much to encourage you to put in the miles - way more than solo riding. This is going to be an EPIC ride.

    s40 gen 6

More details coming but no "major" changes here as far as frame/geometry are concerned. SRAM components and TRP brakes are ones that I had on order since mid-covid and they finally arrived and have been waiting for this batch. That alone makes this a much sweeter ride. The colors are SWEET and...

V20c RideRever Mechanical Brake Pads Replacement Question

If you do not use the "actual" stock pads, you must remove the "heatsink" piece when using aftermarket pads. The reason is that the stock pads have a thinner backing plate than regular pads. If you use aftermarket pads with a thicker backing plate AND the "heatsink" then you will be always...

    Help ID'ing slider

For one batch a long while ago we had a slightly shorter slider - it proved to be too short for very tall riders, so the next one was lengthened to the lower one - and we added the bosses at that time as well.

    Neck rest questions

I have not tried it on an S30, but the suspension adjustable one we have might help quite a bit. Robert

    Q45 Build photos

Also important is to check the offset of the spindle - if there are spacers between the rings and the BB bearing cup on the drive side - and minimize those for a good chainlink. The FD stalk is loner than a standard upright bike braze-on (it is actually an off the shelf piece we had extended)...

    V20 Vs Slyway Ultra

Hmm. Hey all this is something I believe we can look into. I am not an expert on the Shopify thing and I believe (?) much of those calculations are baked into the system.... but I am not 100% sure. We can check it out though! Of course we would rather you all be on the superior machine and...

    Chosen front hub

Unfortunately there are many reasons - and it stretches to all things cars, phones, TV's and bike parts. There are nearly zero "parts" that can be had for newer components (not just for bikes but all of the above) to regular consumers. Manufacturers have abandoned the "serviceability" of these...

    V20 Vs Slyway Ultra

I has the misfortune of having to “build” an M5 last spring for someone who bought a frame set and when I say “build” I mean work around/solve the 100 issues that it had just to get the bike built. Not ready for prime time. The V20c is 100% a bike that a regular person can order, receive, and...

    Slider crack - maybe?

Our manufacturing partner that makes the CF parts is making replacements as I type this - they are supposed to be stronger in that junction and we will likely go to the 4nm as the torque for that part as it seems to be sufficient.
