Very interesting. Was it hard to fit? Why does the front wheel not twist right round when you stand the bike up? Do you have some sort of flopstop that is invisible in these pictures? And I hate seeing bikes with such neat cabling.

Listen to the advice of the veterans. Loosen the bolts or you will squash the BB! Tighten the bolts or the BB will wander around! Confusing? At least in the latter case you do not have to replace the BB.

The Kind shock and the rubber thingy at the back both had really tiny travel, and the shock suffered from sticktion. For small bumps it did not deflect at all. I think my tyres have as much travel as the shock did, and tyres react to tiny bumps. To those who wish they had a Kind shock I will...

I have suddenly realised the answer to my own question. Obvious. S40 has no Kind shock and the carbon stays are now aluminium. Stiffer than the old one.

Moving bottom bracket. Actually the BB moves slightly sideways and the chainring starts eating the stay. How do I know this?

Is 13 an unlucky number? It is if you overtighten those bolts. On my Silvio the stays were a tight fit. Rubber mallet job.

@cpml123 and @chicorider are right. My Silvio was the first Cruzbike to have XX1 but I am not as clever as I think I am.

You have issues with your double chainwheels? There is a solution. Cannot remember what it is.
