    Riding a Cruzbike.

S Some, but less than you think and it comes naturally with practice. Over time you can ride a Cruzbike no-hands as your legs are doing all the steering as well - this is something you cannot not do on other recumbents. As such, the "no hands" riding, while not a practical skill for actual...

    Riding a Cruzbike.

For tires, my mantra has always been "grip / speed / durability - pick two" but you can never get all three.

Is There a Q45 around Olympia, WA, that My Friend Can Look at??

I have a Q45 outfitted with the 24" wheels in Portland Oregon. 971-337-5685. That would do the trick for the fit. The main thing is being able to reach the ground at a stop.

    Removing thru axle

Joe, If you have everything a bit loose and install the through axle first, and then make sure the stay and all associated clamps are tight after - the stay should be very well aligned with the fork.

Please check my position esp tiller length

Aligning the slider/handlebars so your upper arms are aligned with your torso and rotating the bars for neutral wrists will improve the handling and turning ability a lot. Straight arms and "aero" are not really relevant unless you are racing and going well over 16mph all the time. Better to...

Results of installing a Viscoset headset in an S40

Yes you just have to be careful popping out the cup and I HIGHLY recommend using a headset press to do any headset installs. Sometimes a decent shop can loan/rent you a headset press.

How would you compare an S40 vs a Triathlon Bike?

I would say the S40 can hold its own against many regular riders on a ti-bike given the same fitness, etc. Not V20c fast but up there. It would be unfair to compare a very very good upright rider to an S40 - mostly as those pros and semi-pro try riders basically live on their road bikes and are...

four bar suspension for the MBB front?

    1. Yes. 2. Complications and cost for design and manufacturing. 3. You never know we are always up to something.....

four bar suspension for the MBB front?

Cool pictures and concepts - but all I see from a product management/manufacturing/maintenance view is pure complication and unnecessary elements and high weight - the exact opposite of what makes for a good bicycle (recumbent or otherwise.) Also - most of those front fork suspension ideas I...

New milestone today on the S40

Unless you are averaging 20-plus mph all the time I imagine it is negligible.

New milestone today on the S40

I always recommend MTB shoes/cleats if you are going to go clipless. Actual road shoes are no bueno as you cant actually walk on them.
